emergency breakdown serviceThe Service Department at any of the six Vanderfield outlets operates a sufficient number of field service units to handle the demands of local customers. All service technicians are factory trained by John Deere or Hino Motor Sales Australia. Between them the service staff represent over 500 years of service experience.

Two aeroplanes are based in Toowoomba to provide full support and emergency breakdown service over a very wide area.

Vanderfield Pty Ltd is a holder of John Deere's Signature Award which recognises the quality of three designated areas of operation:

Vanderfield Toowoomba Service Manager Peter Lindsay was born in Charleville and lived on a property at Mount Leonard, 150 miles west of Windorah.
