The Service Department is considered an integral part and at the very heart of the existence of Vanderfield. So the importance of having a totally efficient and effective service team, that is courteous and helpful on which our customers can rely and trust 100%, is critical. Our factory trained technicians have the skills and experience to confidently undertake the service work required of them.

Being able to offer a world class standard of service in this ever increasing age of technology is often a challenge but one that Vanderfield takes very seriously.

Our expertise covers a wide variety of machine types and manufacturers. We service John Deere, Howard, Hardi, Manitou, Triolet and a wide range of ground working implements.

Accessibility

With specialist technicians based in Toowoomba, St George, Darwin, Chinchilla, Roma, Gatton, Lismore and Kununurra, several mobile field service and breakdown units on the road and 2 Vanderfield aircraft equipped to handle most service work, we are very accessible and can respond to your needs easily on request. Our operations cover large areas of Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia's farming regions.

Timeliness

We understand how important it is to have your equipment performing at its best. With after hours servicing available when required, we can offer a timely and prompt service delivery response to minimise the interruption to your work schedule.

Information

A full description of service work completed is detailed for you on your invoice so you can see exactly what work has been completed.
As we maintain a complete history of repairs done on your machines, any other information you require in relation to your service work is available should you need it.
