The Parts Department at any of the Vanderfield truck outlets carries an extensive range of parts for the entire Hino product range as well as Western Star and MAN at both Darwin and Nerang. Our Darwin branch also carries parts for Scania trucks. Aftermarket accessories are available through the Red Dog Parts and Exel range covering most truck and trailer models.

On those occasions where parts are found not to be in stock, Vanderfield is normally able to access supplies and effect delivery within 24 hours.


Effective 1st October 2008 Hino Australia has introduced a new warranty on its range of Genuine Hino Parts and Accessories.

The new warranty offers two separate options:

• A 3 year unlimited kilometre warranty on all Genuine Hino Parts and Accessories when purchased at an authorized Hino Dealer fitted by an authorized Hino dealer. This warranty applies to defects in workmanship and materials only, and does not cover fair wear or tear of the part or accessory.

OR

• A 1 year or 100,000 kilometre warranty, whichever comes first, on all Genuine Hino Parts and Accessories when purchased over the counter from an authorized Hino Dealer, but not fitted by an authorized Hino dealer. This warranty applies to defects in materials only and does not cover fair wear or tear of the part or accessory.

Both warranties are available from Vanderfield and apply to the complete range of Hino light duty, medium duty and heavy duty trucks and buses.
