Two new branch managers have been appointed at the Vanderfield Chinchilla and Roma branches.  Peter Fraser has taken over from Bob Caskey (now retired) as the manager of the Chinchilla outlet, while Peter O'Leary will be managing the expanding Roma operation.

Peter Fraser's qualifications as an A Grade Diesel Mechanic will stand him in good stead to maintain the high levels of customer service for which Vanderfield is renowned.  Peter rates the service that Vanderfield offers as having ‘no comparison’, particularly on the technical issues where customers totally depend on receiving the service back up support they need.

With twelve staff members employed in Chinchilla, Vanderfield offers a strong         (From left, Peter Fraser, Peter
presence of expert knowledge and skills plus the warmth and friendliness usually     O'Leary and Bob Caskey)
found in rural Queensland.

Peter O'Leary is also a fully certified Diesel Mechanic and finds the prospect of expanding the operation in Roma an exciting one.  The Roma operation will include a full workshop for Hino (and other makes) trucks and John Deere machinery and equipment.  His short-term goal is to oversee almost immediately the set up of a servicing division that will be fully operational and running smoothly with a Service Manager and Technician.  Vanderfield views the extension of its services in Roma to be a critical one in managing the needs of it’s customers on the western Darling Downs more effectively.
